SOUTHPRO
EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
Kyle Stephens works in Southpro's
Houston office as an Emergency Response Coordinator.
He has worked for Southpro for over a year,
and he has nearly a decade's worth of experience
in project management, both in the financial
and restoration industries.
Kyle
grew up in Baytown, just outside of Houston.
He has a gorgeous two year-old daughter named
Evelyn Grace. He likes to brag, "She's
a precious little one and rides a mean Huffy
tricycle!"
When not working, Kyle can be found surfing,
playing basketball and out on the golf course.
Kyle considers a perfect day one in which he
plays 2 rounds of 18 holes in one day. He loves
the game so much that he would be a professional
golfer if he could.
Additionally, Kyle is an accomplished singer/songwriter
and plays guitar. A big music love, Kyle is
currently listening to Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay
and Kings of Leon.
When asked his favorite thing about working
at Southpro, Kyle responded, "I really
enjoy the team atmosphere and the satisfaction
of helping our customers in a catastrophic situation."
Southpro
Overcomes 2 Million Gallons of Water
Southpro recently restored a Means-Knaus property
after the torrential downpour Houston suffered
in late April.
Mel Barton, the building's chief engineer,
had this to say about Southpro: "We were
recently faced with 2 million gallons of flood
run-off water in our garage and lower level
of our building. The first number I called was
Southpro who took on this gigantic task and
sprung to action in the middle of the night!
All things are back to normal because of Southpro
and their professional people being just a quick
phone call away. I know I've got a great resource
in Southpro to tap into."
Southpro
Restores Austin's City Hall
The City of Austin's City Hall had a car fire
on Friday, March 13, 2009 which left the garage
covered in smoke. Southpro performed a full
smoke, soot and water restoration of the underground
parking garage.
Southpro had fifteen employees working around
the clock to have the facility up and running
and usable by Monday morning.
